5.Inquiries Related to Personal Information
If you would like to make a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and deletion of your own personal information against Kanro, please make a request in accordance with the following instructions.
- Please fill in the prescribed application form and submit to the Personal Information Inquiry Contact.
- Please submit the documents or other items necessary for identification to be presented to confirm that the requests have been made by the individuals subject to the requested personal information or their due representative.

6.Outsourcing
- To achieve the purposes of use, Kanro may entrust the provided personal information to its outsourcing contractors. In such cases, Kanro will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over them to ensure the security management of the entrusted personal information, etc.
- Kanro may provide personal information to third parties in foreign countries, as outsourcing contractors in the following cases:
- In case the prior consent to provide personal data is given from the person to outsourcing contractors in foreign countries;
- Concerning the handling of personal data, in case personal information is provided to an outsourcing contractor in a foreign country, where a personal information protection system, which is recognized to have equivalent to or higher standard than that in Japan, has established in protecting individual rights and interests; or
